We will collect sensitive personal information about you if we have your express consent.

How we use your information:

ARCCO values your privacy and information gathered in this form will be use: to process your application as representatives of your company, including your name as representative-member in the directory of ARCCO Members. Information will also be used to communicate updates on events, training sessions and other valuable information from trusted partners.

Disclosure of personal information

In line with common business practices, we may disclose personal information in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 to: other members and organizations within the same industry; government agencies where disclosure is mandated by law; and, to organizations where you have consented or you would have reasonably expected us to do so.
